Last updated October 2026. Simple version: if you change your mind before we start working, you get your money back.
If you cancel before your kickoff call and before any design work begins, we'll refund your deposit in full. Once design work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, because it covers the planning and design time already spent on your project.
AI search setup, Google Business Profile setup, extra pages and blog posts are fully refundable if you cancel before we start the work. After work has started, they aren't refundable.
If you cancel a monthly service before any work begins, we'll refund your first payment in full. After work begins, monthly payments aren't refunded. Monthly plans are month to month after the first three months and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Call (903) 458-9266 or email info@effectmedia.net with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Square. Square usually processes refunds right away, but your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
